Its been long!

Wow, I havn't written in a while! Life been busy...

So apparently everyone is now on facebook, and I'm not gonna lie, it is so much better than MySpace!

So what can I tell you, well last nyt at WBC, after the service, the church had a tiem of prayer for Tony and Wayne, both who are suffering with cancer, and both who needed a miricle! The church prayed for them, with passion I havn't seen in our church for a long time, and that time of prayer so sooo rad! And the good news is Tony woke up today without feeling any pain, for the first time since he started experiencing cancer symptoms, how great is God! He is mighty to save and heal!





One thing I think we lack in our SCA's, School's, work places and churches is passion! We need real passion and zeal (Romans 12 v 11) I for one, am so over, waking up everyday, and just troting through another school day, when what we need to pray for is such a genuine ampness. The world is so lost. There is no justice on our earth. Everyday people dig in bins, buy drugs, get drunk...cause they don't have Jesus...yet we apathetic CHristians sit on our bum, and watch It happen! WAKE UP! Guys, the time is over for lazyness, we need to be Jesus' hands and feet in this world! And execute Justice on the earth!

"The time has come to stand for all we believe in, and I for one am gonna give my praise to you!"

How Great!

Hi everyone!

Yay, I'm back holiday! I went to Kruger National Park, and Swaziland, as well as a whole bunch of interesting places! So here are just 10 pictures of my adventure....

The holidays were rad and I think God taught me alot! When we were in Swaziland, we didn't have electricity for 3days! And it just made me realize how blessed we are...we defiantly don't deserve God's blessing...we defy him everyday...yet he still loves us enough to bless us exceedingly!

God just also showed me how great he is...just look out the window, and his glory is revealed!

Another exciting thing is the new Hillsong album is being released in SA on the 27 April! I am so ampted, to say the least...while you're waiting for their album, check out Relient K, they are amazing! And their lyrics are insane!!

Big!!

Morning everyone!!

I went down to the Durban beachfront this super early this morning! Pretty much everything was covered in sand! But pictures say a thousand words...so here are some we took:

It pretty overboard! this thing happens every 18 years and is not a result of Global warming or anything, but of a combination of the earths gravity, cycloness and the spring tide! My mom can remember it happening 18 years ago! Only one person has been killed so far...but the waves were pretty big! Wimpy and Steers are totaled (the pictures you see above of the table and broken door were taken inside wimpy!!) and there is a thick laer of sand up to the parking lot!

So if you have time! Go down and have a look! it's super interetesting!

The Media has so much trash in it nowdays, wherever we look, there is nothing but absolute garbage...

Movie: Fight Club

Do we even have to listen to the CD, the album art reflects a couple with blood all over their faces, the CD also carries a 'parental advisory' label...but when we listen to the CD we find that "...cryptic lines refer to murder, a hearse, forms of capital punishment, the grim reaper, a cold-blooded preacher and vengeance from the grave. I could go on forever...bands like blink 182, simple plan, metallica, red hot chilli peppers...lets not even get started on the movies...the thing is we fill our brain with such rubbish and absolute drivel!

Phillipians 4 v 8 commands "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things..."

So ask yourself..are the music and movies that im putting in my brain true, noble ,right...if they are not, what are you going to do about it?

Wuffels

okay for those of you who know wuffels's (my pet sock dog (if u havnt met him-ask me one day!)) he was recently in hospital, but im stokted t o tell you all, he has come out and is much better again! Stokted!

okay so this whole blog thing is cool, but the thing is i really cant spell, so sorry jo (see comment on 5 March) i cant spell...and i dont believe in spell checking!

oh and by the way, the dude with the crazy face in the photo reel (on your right) is my little bro, not me!!!

Fire Fall Down

Okay, so lets start from last week!

Last week was one of the best weeks ive eva had! It was overboard, school work was mellow...finished 7 years of orthodontic treatment...i played in church...and God gave me another oppotunity to led youth worship...aah...it was cool

But what i wanna talk bout it youth worship on friday...not to make myself look good or anything like that...cos really it was all God...but on friday i fully beileave that Westville Youth connected with God like never before...youth started with a stacy (a grade 9 girls') testomony...probably one of the best id eva heard...and then deb gave a altar call, and like 7 people went forward to accept jesus as their lord and savior...without any emotional music...or darkened emo moments...then God led us in worship...worship ive never really experienced before...we sang the song "fire fall down" and God just worked throughth that song overboard...he ended up playing for bout 1hour 45 minutes...the nyt didnt want to end...eventually it did!...

Today i went to say bye bye to my mate ryan wynn (check out his blog at http://ryanwynn.blogspot.com) and im actually so stokted he's going...of couse it's sad he has to leaved westville and us....and all of that...but how cool is it that he's responded to God's calling and is going to study at Hillsong! thats amazing...so im really supa stokted for him!

Okay, so ive tried MySpace, it just doesnt work, i cant make my page look cool enough, so i am really over it, im just going to stick to blogger...okay....

Hehe...so for those of you who are ampted the new hillsong album is coming out...if your ampted to here an audio sample of it head on down to the Hillsong United MySpace it's probably the best My Space iv ever seen!!
